Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method of an oil component in a crude oil sludge capable of increasing a treatment amount in recovery of the oil component form the crude oil sludge.SOLUTION: There is provided a recovery method of an oil component in a crude oil sludge having a second process for supplying a heating stirring treated article of the crude oil sludge (A) and a crude oil (B) to a decanter type centrifugal separator at 40 to 200°C, separating the same to a first layer consisting of a recovered oil component, a second layer consisting of heavy hydrocarbon, a water layer and a solid article in a separation zone of the decanter type centrifugal separation by centrifugal separation, extracting the first layer from a light side of one edge side of the separation zone to outside of the separation zone to recovery the recovered oil component and extracting the water layer from a heavy side of one edge of the separation zone to outside of the separation zone to recover a moisture content and the heavy hydrocarbon and the solid article are made to a mixture of the heavy hydrocarbon and the solid article in a solid shape at another edge of the separation zone, then discharging the same to outside of the separation zone and recovering the mixture of the heavy hydrocarbon and the solid article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
