Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-utilization method for underground fuel tank that has not been used and an underground heat exchanger attained by this method and provide means for re-utilizing the underground fuel tank without digging up the underground fuel tank.SOLUTION: Oil content at an inner surface of an underground fuel tank buried in the underground that has not been used is removed, a rustproof layer is arranged through lining, coating of rustproof agent and coating of rustproof or the like, a heat medium pipe acting as a heat exchanger is installed in the tank, water is filled in the tank and it can be utilized as a heat storage tank. An installation of a new heat storage tank is not required and it is possible to restrict expenditure of facility investment for a cooling or heating device utilizing the underground heat. In addition, a wasting processing for the tank can be eliminated and an environmental load can be restricted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
