Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method and recycling system which can obtain a thermally-recyclable product of urethane heat insulation material without degrading recycling efficiency in recycling a refrigerator which uses heat insulation material formed by combining vacuum heat insulation material and the urethane heat insulation material.SOLUTION: In a recycling method of a refrigerator which uses both the urethane heat insulation material and the vacuum heat insulation material with glass fibers as a core material as heat insulation material, a casing of a device is crushed and stirred to produce mixed crushed pieces of the casing. The crushed pieces of the heat insulation material is sorted from the mixed crushed pieces, separates the crushed pieces of the heat insulation material into urethane crushed material and a glass fiber mass. The urethane crushed pieces are pulverized and compressed to produce compressed urethane.
