Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of collecting a useful gas by charging fiber wastes in a coke oven and preventing degradation of the obtained coke strength.SOLUTION: A recycling method for fiber wastes comprises: a mixing step of mixing fiber wastes with plastic wastes or plastic waste-containing materials; a heating step of heating the above mixture at the softening/melting temperature of the plastic wastes or plastic waste-containing materials or higher so as to soften and melt the plastic wastes; a cooling step of volume-reducing and solidifying the melted material by cooling to generate a solid material including the fiber waste; and a carbonization step of carbonizing in a coke oven, a charging material prepared by blending with a raw material coal, the powdery material powdered by shocking the solid material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
