Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve capable of reducing noise caused by a reflection wave transmitted through a secondary flow channel.SOLUTION: A pressure reducing valve 300 for reducing pressure of gas supplied from a primary flow channel to a secondary flow channel comprises: a cylindrical unit 315 having a cylindrical shape and having an inlet port in communication with the primary flow channel and an outlet port 316 in communication with the secondary flow channel; a piston 320 configured to fit inside the cylindrical unit in such a way that the piston is slidable inside the cylindrical unit in an axial direction of the cylindrical unit, and to define a space in communication with the inlet port and the outlet port inside the cylindrical unit; and a spring 330 that pushes the piston toward the space. Viewing from the axial direction, the outlet port is positioned off the center of the piston in one direction, and pressing force exerted on the piston by the spring is distributed eccentrically on an outlet port side relative to the center of the piston.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
