PURPOSE: To provide a microscope image evaluation system using a neural network, which is capable of maintaining the precision of an evaluation and relieving the work burden on an operator.

CONSTITUTION: A microscope 1 is provided with an objective lens and magnifies a dyed biological sample 12, and an imaging means 2 images the biological sample 12 magnified by the microscope 1 and obtains the image data. An image processing means 3 performs a processing for the image data obtained by the imaging means 2, and a computer 4 uses an evaluation value for evaluating the biological sample 12 as an educator signal, learns the image data processed by the image processing means 3 and evaluates an unknown biological sample based on the learning result.
