To provide a reflection screen that appropriately reflects video light, can improve clearness of transmission of external light, such as a scene from the back side, and has transparency, and a video display device.SOLUTION: A reflection screen 10 is a reflection screen that reflects part of video light projected from a video source LS to display a video, and comprises: an optical shape layer 22 that has light transmissivity and has a plurality of unit optical shapes 221 arranged on a surface on the back side; and reflection layers 23 that are formed in a plurality of island shapes at positions on which the rays of video light of the unit optical shapes 221 are incident, reflect part of incident light, and transmit at least the other part of the incident light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
