PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant circulation device capable of decompressing pressure in a reservoir tank safely and efficiently, and a refrigerant circulation method.SOLUTION: A refrigerant circulation device includes: a reservoir tank configured to store refrigerant with a gas-phase part and a liquid-phase part; a circulation line including a pump, a refrigeration part and a cooling object, and configured to feed cooled refrigerant back to the liquid-phase part; and a decompression line branched from any position between pump and the cooling object of the circulation line to split part of refrigerant, and disposed so as to passing through the gas-phase part and then feeding refrigerant back to the liquid-phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
