Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation housing improved in chargeability of a hard polyurethane foam into the heat insulation housing having a narrow and complicated shape even with a small injection amount, and to provide a refrigerator of high power saving effect, including the heat insulation housing.SOLUTION: A heat insulation housing is composed of an outer box and an inner box, has a heat insulation space inside, and is filled with polyurethane foam in the heat insulation space formed by injecting a polyurethane foam material into the heat insulation space from a plurality of injection ports and foaming it. An inclination of an ear portion of a vacuum heat insulation material disposed in opposition to an inner box side face and an inclination formed on one end of the inner box side face, define a clearance reduction portion gradually narrowed toward the other end of the inner box side face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
