Abstract:
To provide a refrigerator capable of suppressing useless measurement of biological information and improving reliability of measured biological information data by performing measurement of the biological information as needed by a user without requiring complicated operation.SOLUTION: A refrigerator 1 comprises: a main body in which a storage chamber is formed; a door for opening/closing the storage chamber; and biological information acquiring means for acquiring biological information of a person performing a door opening/closing operation. The door is capable of opening/closing the storage chamber through a first opening/closing operation and a second opening/closing operation different from the first opening/closing operation. The biological information acquiring means starts acquiring the biological information in a case where the first opening/closing operation is performed on the door, and stops acquiring the biological information in a case where the second opening/closing operation is performed on the door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
