Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that keeps food fresh while improving energy-saving nature.SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes a freezing temperature zone room, a freezing temperature zone room, a compressor; a cooler that cools the refrigerating temperature zone room and the refrigerating temperature zone room, an interior fan that circulates cool air cooled by the cooler in the freezing temperature zone room and the refrigerating temperature zone room, a damper that independently controls air blow to the refrigerating temperature zone room and the freezing temperature zone room respectively; and a defrosting heater that is provided below the cooler to defrost the frost grown in the cooler. Under the condition that the interior fan and the damper are being controlled to stop the compressor for stopping air blow to the refrigerating temperature zone room and the freezing temperature zone room respectively, the defrosting heater is energized to perform a defrosting operation, the cool air circulation to the freezing temperature zone room is shut down for a first time after the defrosting operation to intensively cool the refrigerating temperature zone room for a second time shorter than the first time.
