Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a cartridge disassembly process, after removal of screws, components including side covers, gears, bearings and the like are required to be removed one by one; when the cartridge is fixed with a plurality of screws, it requires time and effort to remove all the screws.SOLUTION: In disassembly of a cover container, a separable (destroyable) portion is provided in the vicinity of a coupling part having a smaller thickness than the thickness of the surroundings, so that bearing members of an image carrier and a developer carrier and/or driving means (gear and the like) for rotating to drive the bearing members of the image carrier and developer carrier can be simultaneously separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
