Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of a vehicle body which sufficiently exhibits a strain energy storage capability of a strip material that incorporates a reinforcement material and is made from a synthetic resin, and thereby can improve vibration attenuation capability of a floor panel.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure of a vehicle body includes a floor panel 1, a tunnel portion 10 projectingly formed on the floor panel 1, a pair of right and left tunnel side frames 11, a pair of right and left floor frames 12, and a strip plate portion 21 made from a carbon fiber resin in which an inner side end portion is connected to the tunnel side frame 11 and an outer side end portion is connected to the floor frame 12, where the strip plate portion 21 is provided with a first displacement follow-up portion 21a which is displaced following to the tunnel side frame 11 and a second displacement follow-up portion 21b which is displaced following to the floor frame 12, and the first displacement follow-up portion 21a and the second displacement follow-up portion 21b are formed so as to be asymmetrical to a longitudinal axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
