PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the interlayer displacement of a building with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An interlayer displacement measurement system according to the invention includes an interlayer displacement measurement unit for obtaining, from video data in which a subject provided in a second layer is photographed by an image-capturing unit provided in a first layer of a building consisting of a plurality of layers, an interlayer displacement between the first layer and the second layer on the basis of the position of the subject in the captured image. The interlayer displacement measurement unit extracts a signal component of a signal band prescribed in accordance with the vibration characteristic of the building before the occurrence of an earthquake from vibration components in the horizontal direction due to the earthquake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
