PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the convenience more by building a mechanism in which a terminal device such as a smart phone shares the program resource of a PC by remote control.SOLUTION: A cloud system (cloud PC system 10) is made of a provider server 1; at least one PC (cloud PC 30) registered in the cloud by the provider server 1; and a terminal device 2 connected to the PC via a network (IP net 3) for establishing a communication between the terminal device and a selected PC by unique identification information and remote-controlling the selected PC.
