Abstract:
This remote operation system comprises a plurality of work devices, a server, and a plurality of remote monitoring units. The server can receive information on a plurality of errors that have occurred in the plurality of work devices and forward the information to any of the plurality of remote monitoring units, and can allocate and forward the information on the plurality of errors received from the plurality of work devices to the plurality of remote monitoring devices. An error resolution operation for resolving an error can be performed remotely from the remote monitoring unit that has received forwarding of the error information.
