Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance system which solves the problems of improvement and uniformity in quality of maintenance, curtailment of repair time, improvement of reliability, reduction of maintenance expense, and establishment of efficient maintenance system by maintenance database because highly developed function is adopted to a dental chair unit recent years and highly developed technology is required or due to diversification of units and widened area of setting up. SOLUTION: The remote maintenance system of dental chair unit is constituted such that the dental chair unit of a user, the testing device and the maintenance test conducting device of the remote maintenance center are connected to each other by computer network, and the maintenance test conducting device of the remote maintenance center and a maintenance technical expert conduct or support maintaining work of the chair unit to be maintained of the user site through the network.
