Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel plate deck such that a concrete layer can be easily and securely peeled off from a concrete layer without breaking the whole with a concrete breaker.SOLUTION: A steel plate deck 1 comprises: a deck plate 2 formed of a steel plate; a coating layer 4 formed of an epoxy-based primer to which thermally expanding microcapsules are added; an adhesion layer 5 formed of an epoxy resin-based adhesive; a fiber-reinforced concrete layer 6; and an asphalt surface layer 7. An IH type heating device arranged on the asphalt surface layer 7 causes the deck plate 2 to generate heat to heat the coating layer 4, and then the coating layer 4 is broken through action of the thermally expanding microcapsules. The adhesive strength of the fiber-reinforced concrete layer 6 to the deck plate 2 that the adhesion layer 5 imparts decreases, so the fiber-reinforced concrete layer 6 is easily peeled off from the deck plate 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
