Specifically disclosed is a method for repairing a wall member with passages, which is provided with a removal step for removing a part of the wall member (1) with the passages, which has a plurality of the passages (4) between a base material (2) and a plate material (3), a base material welding step for welding a base material (6) for repairs to the part removed in the removal step, a passage forming step for performing a plurality of pieces of buildup welding on the base material (6) for repairs to form the passages (4) between a bead (8) of each of the plurality of pieces of buildup welding, and a plate material welding step for welding a plate material (9) for repairs on the surfaces of the beads (8) of the plurality of pieces of buildup welding.
