Abstract:
The present invention provides a resin composition which comprises (1) a polyester, (2) a polyolefin, (3) an epoxy compound, and (4) a tackifier at a (1)/(2)/(3)/(4) weight ratio of 100/1-50/1-30/1-30 and in which the polyester (1) contains copolymerized units derived from a polyether diol having a number-average molecular weight of 500 to 4,000 in an amount of 5 to 50mol% relative to the total of the glycol component units. The resin composition exhibits excellent adhesion characteristics and endurance characteristics for a smooth metal surface of a steel sheet, aluminum, or the like, even when the smooth metal surface has not been pretreated, prior to the molding, by the application of a primer or other means. Additionally, the resin composition exhibits excellent molding characteristics.
