Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sense a defect of movement of a pestle in a rotary type powder compression forming machine as quickly as possible.SOLUTION: A rotary type powder compression forming machine includes: a mortar hole 4 filling powder; pestles 5 and 6 which have tips inserted into the mortar hole 4 and compress power; a pestle holding section which vertically slidably holds body portions 52 and 62 of the pestles 5 and 6; guide members R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 which are extended along the rotation direction of the pestles 5 and 6, are fitted into heads 51 and 61 of the pestles 5 and 6 and vertically move the pestles 5 and 6 while guiding the pestles; and detection means which detects abrasion, displacement or deformation of the guide members R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
