Abstract:
To provide a cutting device which can cut easily and reliably a web upper end part of a rib comprising a web hanging down from an underside of a steel deck plate for a floor framework and a flange provided at a bottom edge of the web.SOLUTION: A cutting device for a rib of a steel deck plate for a floor formwork comprises: a rail part which is fixed a lower part to a cutting object rib in parallel to a longer direction of the cutting object rib via plural fixation means; a runner part which is so supported on the rail part as to be movable along the longer direction of the cutting object rib; and an electric cutting machine which is so supported on the runner part as to be slidable in a direction approaching or separating from the cutting object rib. The electric cutting machine has a shank in which an electric motor shaft is built in and a cutting blade which is rotatably provided at a tip of the shank, and has such a configuration that a rotary surface of the cutting blade and a central axis of the shank are orthogonal to each other, and is supported on the runner part so that an axial direction of the shank becomes a vertical direction, and the cutting blade faces a web upper end part of the cutting object rib.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
