Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a concrete structure that suppresses wrinkling on a concrete surface more surely and enhances appearance.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete structure includes: an installation step in which a rigid sheet 10 made of a sintered plastic porous body or a sintered ceramic porous body is installed on an inner surface of a mold 5 for casting concrete; a concrete casting step in which concrete 7 is cast inside the mold 5 such that the concrete 7 contacts a surface 12 of the rigid sheet 10 while the rigid sheet 10 is installed on the inner surface of the mold 5; a removal step in which an air bubble inside the concrete 7 is removed through compaction of the cast concrete 7; and a mold removal step for removing the mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
