Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of cast pieces by a continuos casting steel which enables to manufacture cast pieces wherein a generation of a center porosity, center segration and an internal cracking are small and cross section shape is excellent.
SOLUTION: A cast piece 28 having an unsolidified portion 27, wherein a center portion solid phase rate is more than 0.4 and less than 0.8 is drafted with a pressure of more than 0.4 times and less than 1.2 times against unsolidified portion thickness M, a solid phase rate of which becomes 0.99 or less. When the solid phase rate of center portion is 0.8 or less, it is drafted with a pressure of 1.5 times or more of the unsolidified portion thickness N. Furthermore, after the solidification is finished, further drafting is applied so as to manufacture the cast piece.
