Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll feed mechanism for a processing device, capable of feeding easily stretchable metal wire without partially generating large tension.SOLUTION: A roll feed mechanism for a processing device is arranged between a relay roll and a pulling-up wire feed mechanism. The roll feed mechanism for a processing device comprises: a dancer roll 61 for winding wire L fed from the relay roll to the pulling-up wire feed mechanism; and an adjusting mechanism 62 for adjusting a winding speed of the wire L by the dancer roll 61 and the feed speed of the wire L fed from the dancer roll 61. Adjustment of a tension of the wire L is carried out between the relay roll and the pulling-up wire feed mechanism, the adjustment of the tension of the wire is carried out accurately regardless of stretch condition of the wire L at upstream side of the relay roll.
