Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller improved in durability to high torque.SOLUTION: A roller 1 has: a bearing 2 in which a rotary shaft is inserted; a housing 3 in which the bearing 2 is assembled; and a cylindrical body 4 installed with the housing 3. The cylindrical body 4 has an opening portion 5 installed with the housing 3. On an inner peripheral surface of the opening portion 5 of the cylindrical body 4, a plurality of groove portions having longitudinal directions, and side projecting portions projecting out inward in a diametrical direction from the inner peripheral surface of the opening portion 5 along both side portions in the longitudinal direction of each groove portion. By pressing in the housing 3 in the inner peripheral surface of the opening portion 5, the inner peripheral surface of the opening portion 5 and an outside press-contact surface of the housing 3 are press-contacted, and engaged so as to make the side projecting portions bite into the outside press-contact surface of the housing 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
