Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for a rolled paper for cutting which can decide combination of plural rolled papers for cutting so that thicknesses of paper bundles, which are processed by a cutting device which cuts plural rolled papers for cutting in an overlapped state, becomes equal.SOLUTION: A control apparatus 30 for a rolled paper for cutting comprises a winder achievement management part 32, and a combination part 33 for a rolled paper for cutting. The winder achievement management part 32 records a data group in which a paper thickness measurement value of a wound length front half part and a paper thickness measurement value of a wound length rear half part of each rolled paper for cutting and an identifier of each rolled paper for cutting are associated with each other when plural rolled papers for cutting are generated by a winder facility. The combination part 33 for a rolled paper for cutting sets a combination of a rolled paper for cutting having a paper thickness measurement value of the wound length rear half part larger than that of the wound length front half part and a rolled paper for cutting having a paper thickness measurement value of the wound length rear half part smaller than that of the wound length front half part from the data group as a combination of rolled papers for cutting which are set on the cutting device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
