Abstract:
To provide an electric-motor rotor including a cylindrical yoke 4, a resin magnet portion 5 that is formed from resin magnet integrally with the outer periphery of the yoke 4, a position-detecting magnet 11 that is located on one axial-end side of the resin magnet portion 5, a plurality of seats 34 that are formed on the axial end surface of the yoke 4 on the side of the position-detecting magnet 11, each of which includes a pair of protruding portions 34a, and an opening 34b formed between the protruding portions 34a, and a seat connecting portion 33 that is formed with the seats 34 on its top surface, wherein an unremoved portion 35a of a ribbed runner 35 that supplies the resin magnet to the resin magnet portion 5 through the opening 34b as a supply path fills the opening 34b to form, along with the seat 34, a seat portion 50 that places thereon the position-detecting magnet 11, and the unremoved portion 35a also extends radially outward from the seat 34 to connect with the resin magnet portion 5.
