Abstract:
According to one embodiment, a rotating device (1) includes at least one ring (3), at least one motor (5) and a power transmission mechanism (6). The least one ring (3) rotates in a circumference direction. The at least one ring (3) includes no hub for housing a motor (5) inside the at least one ring (3). The at least one motor (5) generates power for rotating the at least one ring (3). The power transmission mechanism (6) transmits the power to the at least one ring (3).
