PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for an appropriate bypass route.SOLUTION: A route search device comprises: an area setting unit for setting a buffer area which is an area including an avoidance area avoiding passage; a cost setting unit for setting a passage cost corresponding to a link included in the avoidance area in accordance with a first coefficient, and setting a passage cost corresponding to a link included in the buffer area in accordance with a second coefficient which is smaller than the first coefficient; and a search unit for searching for a route from a departure point to a destination according to the passage costs corresponding to the respective links.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
