Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem of reduction of a vulcanization rate by blending a crosslinking agent consisting of cyclic polysulfide to which an alkyl chain is introduced although the blend of the crosslinking agent is effective for strength enhancement of a rubber and also further reduction of the vulcanization rate by blending silica having a trend to absorb a vulcanization accelerator on a surface thereof although the blend of the silica is effective for enhancing various properties of a tire for automobiles.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a rubber composition by blending 100 pts.mass of a diene rubber, 5 to 200 pts.mass of silica, a silane coupling agent of 1 to 20 mass% based on the mass of the silica and glycerol monoaliphatic ester derived from aliphatic acid having 8 to 24 carbon atoms of 1 to 20 mass% based on the mass of the silica and 0.1 to 10 pts.mass of specific cyclic polysulfide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
