Abstract:
To provide a new rubber composition which has an excellent balance between wet grip property and rolling resistance, enables improvement of workability by reducing viscosity, and has excellent performance, in particular, as a tire.SOLUTION: The rubber composition is provided, including 5-50 pts.wt. of a partially hydrogenated dicyclopentadiene-aromatic monomer polymer resin with respect to 100 pts.wt. of rubber. In the partially hydrogenated dicyclopentadiene-aromatic monomer polymer resin, in a spectrum measured by1H-NMR at room temperature in heavy chloroform, a peak area of 6.5-7.5 ppm is within a range of 0.5% or more and 20.0% or less with respect to the total peak area, the total of a peak area (A) of 5.8-6.5 ppm and a peak area (B) of 4.8-5.8 ppm is within a range of more than 0% and 8.0% or less with respect to the total peak area, and (A/B) represented as a ratio of the peak area (A) to the peak area (B) is within a range of 0.01 or more and 0.2 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
