Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel control device for a vehicle capable of decelerating the vehicle effectively, in a constitution for accelerating/decelerating the vehicle by one operation pedal.SOLUTION: A travel control device 40 for a vehicle determines whether or not a target deceleration corresponding to a control input of an operation pedal 18 is deficient to a required deceleration of a driver, on the basis of an operation of the driver to a deceleration control member 20 for controlling deceleration of a vehicle 10 differently from the operation pedal 18, and when determined that the target deceleration is deficient to the required deceleration, the maximum target deceleration in a deceleration region is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
