Abstract:
To prevent a saddle from being displaced around a fixing bolt even when a large load is applied to the saddle during traveling.SOLUTION: A saddle support structure comprises a saddle 10, a plurality of saddle rails 11, and a clamp 12. The clamp includes: a body portion 12a that integrally sandwiches the upper end of a seat post S and a plurality of saddle rails from both sides in rightward and leftward directions; and a fixing bolt 12b extending in the rightward and leftward directions and integrally clamping the upper end of the seat post S and the plurality of saddle rails via the body portion from both sides in the rightward and leftward directions. In the saddle rails, a support member 13 extending in a vertical direction, a lower-end face 13a of which abuts on an upward receiving surface S1 formed on the seat post, is provided at a portion apart from the fixing bolt in forward and backward directions. The support member is vertically movably provided so that the vertical position of the lower-end face is adjustable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
