Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus 1 and a method for manufacturing sandwich panels suitable for mass production through smooth production of continuous hard board sandwich panel moldings 2P in a short time.SOLUTION: A top face hard board 11 is adhered to the top face of an expandable synthetic resin material 30 with injection/filling of the expandable synthetic resin material 30 to a surrounding area H, an underside hard board 12 is adhered to the underside of the expandable synthetic resin material 30, lateral face papers 14 and 15 are adhered to the right and left lateral parts of the expandable synthetic resin material 30, and a release paper 17b is brought into contact with a rear end part 30e of the expandable synthetic resin material 30. A frame body becomes unnecessary, and bonding between the top face hard board 11, the underside hard board 12, and the right and left lateral face papers 14 and 15 to the expandable synthetic resin material 30 becomes tight and strong without a gap so as to reinforce rigidity of the whole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
