PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a scaffold plan with less load while keeping accuracy.SOLUTION: A scaffold plan creation device for calculating a cost of scaffold construction for installing a scaffold to an object comprises: a control unit for acquiring information on an area of the object; an area classification unit for classifying the area into a simple area and a complicated area on the basis of the area information; a simple area analysis unit for calculating a scaffold area through computation on the basis of contents of the simple area and the area; a complicated area analysis unit for acquiring three-dimensional structure data on the complicated area and installing the scaffold with respect to the three-dimensional structure data to create data, so as to calculate a scaffold area on the basis of the data including the installed scaffold; and a scaffold cost calculation unit for calculating a cost of scaffold construction by multiplying the scaffold area calculated by the simple area analysis unit and the scaffold area calculated by the complicated area analysis unit by a preset unit price of the scaffold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
