Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an effective operation plan simple in configuration even when there is a plurality of transfer combinations.SOLUTION: The index data extraction part of an operation plan preparation device extracts index data for adjusting arrival time and departure time based on time table data where train arrival time and departure time are set in advance on two tracks at a transfer station. An index calculation part calculates evaluation index data for evaluating the arrival time or the departure time based on the index data extracted by the index data extraction part. A time determination part determines the arrival time and the departure time to achieve high evaluation to update the time table data based on the evaluation index data and a predetermined adjustment policy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
