PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw assembly for the spine having a stable and sound structure.SOLUTION: A screw assembly 1 for the spine includes: a housing 2 that has a substantially cylindrical housing side wall part 21, a first housing opening part 23, and a second housing opening part 24; a pressing member 3 fitted to the first housing opening part 23 side; a cap 4 covering over the first housing opening part 23 side.
