Abstract:
The pipe connection (1) is provided with an outer thread (6, 8) located at one end (4) and an inner thread (5, 7) at the opposite end, both areas (3, 4) divided by a shoulder (11). A suitable sealing material like a strand of hemp (9) is pre-inserted into the outer thread (6, 8). The complete element (1) is accommodated insiDEa flexible cover (10) following the outer contours of the element (1), which can either be sold separately or as a unit in combination with the inner element (1).
