Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw with a washer which permits a prescribed movement of a fastened product even after being fastened.SOLUTION: A screw 1 with a washer has a neck lower part 3 provided between a head part 2 and a screw part 4, and a washer 5 which is elastically deformable accompanied by the screw-in of the screw part 4 into a fastening product 6 is provided at the neck lower part 3. A diameter D of the neck lower part 3 is larger than a diameter of a lower hole 6a of the fastening product 6, and smaller than an attachment hole 7a of a fastened product 7. A length L of the neck lower part 3 is shorter than a thickness t3 which is obtained by adding a thicknesses of the washer 5 and a thickness of the fastened product 7, and an interval t4 between a seat face 3a of the neck lower part 3 and a seating face 6b of the fastening product 6 which oppose each other is shorter than a thickness t1 of the washer 5 in a screw-in state immediately before the deformation of the washer 5. By this constitution, the fastening product 6 can be seated by making the neck lower part 3 of the screw 1 with a washer penetrate the attachment hole 7a of the fastened product 7, and the washer 5 can be made to pressure-contact with the fastened product while maintaining an elastic force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
