Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type compressor which can reduce wear caused by slide friction occurring when an outer peripheral surface of a discharge cylinder which rotates around axis is sealed.SOLUTION: A scroll type compressor includes: scroll members having compression chambers in which a working fluid is compressed; a housing which houses the scroll members; a second driving side shaft part 72c which discharges the compressed working fluid from the compression chambers and rotates around an axis relative to the housing; and a seal member 16 which contacts with an outer peripheral surface X of the second driving side shaft part 72c to seal the outer peripheral surface X. The second driving side shaft part 72c includes a surface hardening treatment part Y on the outer peripheral surface which contacts with the seal member 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
