Abstract:
To provide a sealing device for reducing the rotating torque while securing the sealability given by seal lips.SOLUTION: The sealing device includes a core metal 11 fixed to an outward member, and an elastic seal member 12 provided integrally with the core metal 11, the elastic seal member 12 having a grease lip 122, a first side lip 123, and a second side lip 124, the grease lip 122 being arranged on the innermost diameter side out of the seal lips, the first side lip 123 being arranged on the outermost diameter side out of the seal lips of the elastic seal member 12, the second side lip 124 being arranged on the inner diameter side further than the first side lip 123 and on the outer diameter side further than the grease lip 122. The slide surface of at least one seal lip, out of the grease lip 122, the first side lip 123, and the second side lip 124, with an inward member is formed as an uneven surface 30 excluding the edge at the lip tip to reduce sliding torque.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
