PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat control device that can improve quality of a support to a helper, and to provide a seat control method.SOLUTION: A seat control device includes an acquisition part and a control part. The acquisition part acquires information indicating states of interior and exterior of a vehicle when the power of the vehicle turns off.
