Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion and vehicle seat giving an excellent sitting feeling with a simple and lightweight configuration.SOLUTION: A sitting frame of a seat cushion includes: paired side frames extending in a front-back direction; a plate-like frame bridged at front ends of the paired side frames; a front elastic member 14 bridged between the paired side frames on the rear side of the plate-like frame, abutting on a cushion pad 2a; and a rear elastic member 15 which is arranged on the rear side of the front elastic member 14 with a predetermined interval, abutting on the cushion pad 2a. The front elastic member 14 and the rear elastic member 15 are arranged so that a hip point H of a three-dimensional mannequin in conformity to SAE J-826 is positioned at an interval zone in the front-back direction of the front elastic member 14 and the rear elastic member 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
