PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reprint determination device, a program and a control method which can appropriately recommend a reprint to a user when the reprint of a book is needed.SOLUTION: A server device 1 compares a purchase cumulative number multiplied by a coefficient α with an estimated value of the sales cumulative number and an estimated upper limit to determine a recommendation degree of the reprint of the specified book and display it on the marketing information screen.
