PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention camera device capable of securing an image captured in occurrence of abnormality and a crime prevention camera system comprising the device.SOLUTION: A crime prevention camera device 12 which is installed on a partition 72 dividing a first space S1 and a second space S2 from each other and comprises a camera 22 for capturing an image of the first space, comprises: a camera device body 20 which is installed on the first space side of the partition and comprises the camera and a first recorder 24 for recording the image captured by the camera in a removable first recording medium 25; and a second recorder 40 which is installed on the second space side of the partition so as to face the camera device body and records an image captured by the camera in a second recording medium 42.
