Abstract:
To provide a sensor holder which allows for appropriately placing a sensor with respect to a measurement target surface.SOLUTION: A sensor holder 10 provided herein brings a sensing surface 23 of a sensor 11 into close contact with a measurement target surface 18. The sensor holder 10 comprises a sensor holding portion 12 for holding a sensor 11, a first link mechanism 15 configured to support the sensor holding portion 12 in such a way that the sensor holding portion can be tilted about an X-direction, and a second link mechanism 16 configured to support the sensor holding portion 12 in such a way that the sensor holding portion can be tilted about a Y-direction perpendicular to the X-direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
