Abstract:
To provide a pressure sensor, a microphone, a blood pressure sensor and a touch panel enabling stability for detection thereof to be improved.SOLUTION: The pressure sensor according to the embodiment includes a holding part, a first film part and a first detection element. The first film part includes a first edge part and a first end part. The first edge part includes a first extension part extending in a first direction, and a first intersection part extending so as to intersect with the first direction and connected to one end of the first extension part; and is held by the holding part. The first end part is aligned with the first edge part along a second direction intersecting with the first direction. The first film part can deform. The first detection element is fixed to the first film part, and includes a first magnetic layer, a first opposite magnetic layer, and a first intermediate layer provided between the first magnetic layer and the first opposite magnetic layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
