Abstract:
To provide a sensor module that can distinguish a strain generated in a strain body itself and a strain given from the outside.SOLUTION: The sensor module includes: a first strain gauge having a first resistor; a second strain gauge having a second resistor; and an elastic body layer for preventing propagation of a strain detected by the first strain gauge to the second strain gauge and preventing propagation of a strain detected by the second strain gauge to the first strain gauge, the elastic body layer being deposited between the first strain gauge and the second strain gauge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
