Abstract:
To provide a sensor that can reliably make gas containing a detection object flow into a detection space.SOLUTION: A sensor 100 for attachment to an installation face 900 of a ceiling, comprises: a light-shielding space 3 into which a detection object flows; a light emission unit 61 and a light receiving unit 62 for detecting the detection object that has flown into the light-shielding space 3; a main body unit 21 housing the light emission part 61, the light receiving part 62, and the light-shielding space 3; an outer cover side inner inflow/outflow opening 212 and an outer cover side outer inflow/outflow opening 213 that allow flowing in and/or flowing out of the gas containing the detection object into/from the light-shielding space 3 and that are provided on the side opposite an attachment face 11 of the main body part 21 with respect to a direction nearly orthogonal to the attachment face 11; a guide unit 22 provided on the side opposite the attachment face 11 across the main body part 21; and guiding means that is provided between the main body part 21 and the guide part 22 with respect to the direction nearly orthogonal to the attachment face and that forms a flow channel together with the main body part 21 and the guide part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
